01 How you get in
Pick up to five. Go for up to three.
Every student registers for 3 to 5 events — Event 1, 2 and 3 are required, 4 and 5 are optional. You can be selected for at most 3 — once you are, your other events lock. This is NIFT Jodhpur's own framework, not a rule in the official CONVERGE 2026 Rule Book.

Registering is not the same as being selected. The final team is shortlisted through screening and trials, within the slots available per event — up to 50 students in total.

03Your Converge journey
From form
to final fifty
Six stages between registering your interest and travelling with the contingent.
Step 01
Register
Sign in with your NIFT account and pick 3 to 5 events.
Step 02
Screening
Club coordinators review interest against event slots and eligibility.
Step 03
Trials
Trials, auditions or public voting — show your QR pass to be scanned in.
Step 04
Shortlist
A provisional shortlist is released for each event.
Step 05
Final 50
The Campus SDAC confirms the contingent of up to 50 students.
Step 06
Converge
The contingent travels and competes as Team NIFT Jodhpur.
04 The final fifty
Fifty seats. That's the whole team.
Each campus can bring at most 50 participants to CONVERGE 2026, including substitutes. The Campus SDAC registers the final list. Not everyone who registers here will travel.
