Discus ThrowBoys

Individual discus throw using a 2 kg disc, held separately for boys and girls.

01Who can take part

  1. 011 Boy participant per campus.

02Rules

  1. 01Criteria: 2 kg disc.
  2. 02Final score is the best of three non-consecutive throws.
  3. 03Stepping on the toe board or crossing the line is a foul throw.
  4. 04The athlete may not touch the ground outside the designated circle during the throw.
  5. 05The athlete may not leave the circle before the discus lands; doing so is a foul.
  6. 06A throw landing outside the landing zone is void.
  7. 07Jumping the gun, whistling, or clapping causes a false start and may lead to elimination.
  8. 08Further rules follow AFI. The referee's judgement is conclusive.
