4 x 100 M Relay

A mixed relay of 2 boys and 2 girls per team, run under AFI regulations.

01Who can take part

  1. 012 Boys and 2 Girls (4 participants in total).

02Rules

  1. 01Mixed boys and girls athletic event: 2 boys and 2 girls per team.
  2. 02Athletic events are conducted separately for boys and girls.
  3. 03Jumping the gun, whistle, or clapping results in a false start. Two false starts lead to disqualification.
  4. 04Runners must stay in their lane throughout the race.
  5. 05Athletic shoes or spikes are mandatory. Running barefoot is not permitted.
  6. 06Obstructing, jostling, or interfering with another runner's progress to gain an unfair advantage results in disqualification.
  7. 07Further rules follow the Athletic Federation of India (AFI). The referee's judgement is conclusive.
