Shot PutBoys

Individual shot put using a 7.26 kg shot, held separately for boys and girls.

01Who can take part

  1. 011 Boy participant per campus.

02Rules

  1. 01Criteria: 7.26 kg shot put.
  2. 02Separate competitions for boys and girls.
  3. 03Final score is the best of three non-consecutive throws.
  4. 04Stepping on the toe board or line is a foul.
  5. 05A legitimate put must be made with one hand, starting from the shoulder and nape of the neck. The shot must not drop below the shoulder.
  6. 06Further rules follow AFI. The referee's judgement is conclusive.
